DATE: Etruscan Revival, c.1890

These unusual Etruscan Revival earrings date to circa 1890 and are crafted in silver throughout. Hanging from the silver pommel tops and screw backs, they're modelled as crossover ribbons, with two swopping fine silver work lines imitating the ribbon shape. Small tassels drop from the bottom, featuring lovely ropework detail, pommels and slim pointed torpedo shaped drops.
